Conditions of Use
1. Area of application
The terms of the BGB (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch, the German Civil Code) are applied. A judge judges in individual cases.

shipping worldwide (all countries outside the EU):

6. Payment:
We accept payments via bank transfer or via Paypal. You will receive the needed details for bank transfer via email. You are responsible for any payment fees etc. from your bank so that we receive the whole order total.
7. Shipping:
We ship with DHL/German Post or Hermes in 5 workings days (Monday to Friday) per week.
8. Returns:
You can return goods within four weeks after receipt without giving us any reasons. To return the goods within the time it is sufficient to mail us a short Email (to info@elingeria.de) and ship the goods immediately within these four weeks to:

We refund the returned goods, only if they are unused. You have to pay postage for return. We have the right to lower the refund accordingly to the degree of usage.
Excluded from returns are:
- Patterns (for copyright)
- Books (for copyright)
- Fabrics and notions that are cut to your desired lengths
- Grab bags
9. Minimum orders
We do not have a minimum limit for orders.
Minimum quantities: fabrics and notions are cut to your desired lengths, at a minimum 0,20 m.
10. Privacy notice
We use your data (address) only for sending you your order.
You have the right to know what we save about you, the right that we correct it, and the right that we delete your data. Please send us your request via email to info@elingeria.de. We do not sell your data (including your address and email address) nor do we pass them to anyone else (except the company that will deliver your order, normally DHL, your data will be limited to the absolute minimum).
In this online store your information are kept via Cookies that keep your data so you do not have to fill forms twice.
11. Cancellation of orders that are not paid
We reserve your ordered products at least 10 days. Please be appreciative that we can not do a longer reservation (except you are asking for). After 10 days without receiving a payment from you, we have the right to cancel the order. We charge you no costs for the cancellation.
